Length is 60—90 minutes on an average During this session we
will discuss your needs. Your expectations. Your knowledge
of hypnosis. I will answer any questions you have and we will
plan the program out that we will be using to best serve your
needs. All this will be done in the first 15 to 45 minutes
and then we will proceed directly to the hypnotic session that
we have agreed up to utilize for your particular needs. |
Length 60 minutes on an average When you come back for a follow
up appointment we will spend perhaps 15 minutes chatting about
anything that may have a bearing on the session that we have
done previously or are about to do. We will proceed
directly to the hypnotic session utilizing the program that we
have developed to deal with your particular needs. |

Length is 90 minutes on an average. This is
primarily for those of you that wish to explore the area of Past
Lives. On an average you will be taken to at least two
past lives and gather some general information.
You will also be given a chance to connect with your spirit
guide, loved ones that have passed on or your angels at the end
of each session. Of course I can not guarantee
exactly what you might experience as that is entirely up to what
past lives you have led and how many and who comes to talk to
you at the end of your session. |

sessions So often I find that one session is just
not enough when it comes to exploring your past lives it’s as if
you have dipped your toe in the waters enough to know that it is
something that interests you and you want to explore further.
So I have designed this package for those of you wanting to look
further into your past lives and experiences and how they relate
to your life today. This is often the best way
to expunge those negative vibrations that you bring forward from
past lives to this one. |
Full Reiki Session with Chakra Cleansing
During a Reiki session, the client will lie fully dressed, on a massage table while the practitioner gently channels the healing energy through her/his hands. The client will feel a wonderful warmth and gentle energy that is very relaxing and nurturing. The energy will flow through the practitioner, but not from the practitioner to you.
The effects of Reiki vary from each person some people feel a tingling sensation, or a feeling of warmth and comfort. Some of my clients say they feel little during the session, but afterwards enjoy a sense of calm and well-being, and a deep restful sleep.
Reiki effects each individual differently as each of us will need different things to bring our mind and body in to natural alignment.

You will be asked to come 15 minutes early to
fill out a questioner the very first time.
Chakra Cleansing
When all the chakra's are whirling, lit up or open, bright and clean,
then our chakra system is balanced. When a chakra becomes blocked,
damaged, or muddied with residual energy, or plaque then our physical
and emotional health can be affected. This can occur as the result of
negative or incomplete belief systems. The effects of our habits,
feelings, beliefs, thoughts, fears and desires can be found in our
chakra. The way we eat and exercise how we deal with our emotions will
be imprinted on our energy bodies. Cleansing one’s charka's. therefore
is very beneficial for body, mind, and spirit. It helps the aura’s
energy to stay as pure as possible and can increase intuitive ability. I
do this at least once a week to help raise my vibrations and eliminate
any "plaque" that accumulates from negative thoughts and energies.
As with the Reiki session during the Chakra Cleansing the client will

Chakra's back in alignment.
